I have known Zynn for over a decade now. The thing that I most appreciate and respect her for is that she consistently displays a high level of EQ and will never disturb or probe or hard-sell – she will take my cues on when is a good time (or not) to chat further, and she will never ever impose. She is also very professional, and will always do her best to advise me on the changes needed to my portfolio. I have not had the need to make a claim on my policies so far, but given what I have seen of her and her track record with her other clients (and I believe some of whom have grown to become friends) – I have no doubt that should I ever have any troubles – Zynn will be there to assist, to the best of her abilities.

Zynn first approached me in 2005 at one of her roadshow. Me being me, I just brushed her off as I never believed in insurance. However I did took up a savings policy from her few months later but not insurance. It’s not until I met with an accident that I realised how important insurance is. I've known Zynn for a long time as she was (and still is) my parents' Financial Consultant as well. My first personal interaction with her was when I was a clueless 18 year old looking to start planning for my future.
