Meet someone interesting
Hi Everyone,
I have known Zynn for over a decade now.
The thing that I most appreciate and respect her for is that she consistently displays a high level of EQ and will never disturb or probe or hard-sell – she will take my cues on when is a good time (or not) to chat further, and she will never ever impose.
She is also very professional, and will always do her best to advise me on the changes needed to my portfolio.
I have not had the need to make a claim on my policies so far, but given what I have seen of her and her track record with her other clients (and I believe some of whom have grown to become friends) – I have no doubt that should I ever have any troubles – Zynn will be there to assist, to the best of her abilities.
Regards,
Edmund Ng

Meet our trusted financial consultant of more than a decade
Hi Hi Everyone,
It was purely serendipitous when we met Zynn at a Prudential roadshow while we were at a baby fair. That chance acquaintance in 2005 has since developed into a wonderful friendship between us through these years. We have found Zynn to be professional and detailed in her explanation of Prudential's policies, as well as being open and candid in addressing our queries. She keeps abreast of changes in the insurance landscape, which has made us feel trusted with her as our financial consultant. Her friendly disposition has further helped in strengthening this relationship, and we are fortunate to have had the opportunity to partner her as we navigate and overcome together the vicissitudes of life.

Meet my trusted financial consultant of more than a decade
Hi Everyone out there ,
Zynn first approached me in 2005 at one of her roadshow. Me being me, I just brushed her off as I never believed in insurance. However I did took up a savings policy from her few months later but not insurance.
It’s not until I met with an accident that I realised how important insurance is. I decided to get in touched with Zynn. She never failed to explained what is important to me. Never once she was pushy and one can sense her sincerity. The client and financial planner relationship soon became friendship. In fact, this friendship has lasted for over 15 years. I have become one who doesn’t believe in insurance at first, to someone who now has multiple insurances.
Zynn is always there to help whenever I have queries. She is always willing to go that extra mile. So without doubt, she is the only person I go to whenever I need more coverage or need advice on my financial planning.
So thank you for being a friend.
Regards,
Raizal
Meet our pleasant, trusted financial consultant
Hi Everyone,
I've known Zynn for a long time as she was (and still is) my parents' Financial Consultant as well. My first personal interaction with her was when I was a clueless 18 year old looking to start planning for my future. My parents recommended Zynn to me and she very kindly shared her wealth of knowledge with me and started me on a endowment policy. 5 years on, upon graduation, I approached her again for my Critical Illness policy. I was spoilt for choice and took a ridiculously long time before coming to a conclusion but she was so patient with my concerns and questions the entire journey. I particularly would like to laud Zynn for ensuring that she has provided me with all the information I need to make my own inform decision, even if that means spending more time with me to go through each and every available policy and possible scenarios. Policies aside, Zynn makes regularly connects with and updates my parents and I which we truly appreciate. My experience with her thus far has been wonderful and I know I'm in good hands with her alongside me in my financial planning journey.
Regards,
Nicole
Meet someone I trust
Hi My friends ,
Trust takes years to build & earned when actions meet words. This lady has done it all to prove that.
Knowing her for over 20 years through our school days till date, Zynn has proven herself to be a trustworthy friend & financial consultant who never fails to take the initiative to keep in touch.
Often the financial consultants we met at roadshows are always aggressive, short-lived in this industry & no follow ups. Zynn is never one of the aboves. She has always been meticulous with her work & has always gave the best advices for all my policies. Her approach is always customers first, thinking holistically on the coverage and sustainability for her clients. Always reminding us not to commit too much. Her efforts have reached out to many others and have convinced my family and friends as well.
Thank you for all the hard work. If anyone out there who wants a holistic financial planning & coverage, don't wait. Zynn is the right person that will covers it well for your first policy.

Bryan

She also promptly follow-up with me on the post hospitalisation claim when the main claim was approved. I truly appreciate her cheerfulness, sincerity and helpful attitude towards her clients.
I am happy and glad to have her as mine and my family financial consultant!

Meet my financial consultant
Hi Everyone,
I have known Zynn for more than 15 years. We first met at a bus interchange when she was involved in a Prudential road show. We talked briefly during that first meet and I left my number as part of a survey. Since then, Zynn has without fail kept in touch with regular check-ins for at least 10 years before I bought any financial policy from her. Her sincerity and value of putting friends before business is indeed a unique quality that is worthy of mention. Have a talk with Zynn with regards to financial planning should you require advice, I am pretty sure you will have much clarity after the conversation.

Hi Everyone ,
Recently I needed help with my policy and Zynn was able to assist me seamlessly, putting in the effort as I am overseas in a different timezone. And she is truly customer focused, putting the customer's interest above all others, giving advice that benefits the customer rather than to close sales. I feel my policies are safe with her and definitely recommend her. Give her a medal!

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for your work.
Hi Than Zynn,
I got to know Zynn in 2014 when Prudential assigned her to assist in my queries when I wanted to find out more about Prudential plans. After our meet up, I didn't become Zynn's client immediately but she kept in contact with me all this while. When I was ready to look into some policies again in 2018, I took up a policy with Zynn and at the same time referred my wife to her. In the recent years, I took up more policies with her. Zynn is approachable and prompt in her work. She keeps in touch with us all these years. We are both happy and satisfied with her assistance.

Meet my patient and consistent financial consultant
Previously I had some poor experiences with other financial consultant who are unresponsive after selling me a policy, easily impatient when I try asking more than an 'average customer', or try to hard-sell products without offering any transparency to the product details.
I got to know Zynn through my girlfriend. She's consistent, patient and frank, qualities which I find really important for any financial consultant.
Highly recommend anyone to consult her on your insurance policies!

Meet my patient, trusted financial consultant
Hi Everyone ,
I met Zynn a few years ago when my dad arranged for me to meet with multiple financial consultants from different companies before I bought my first insurance policy. It was a confusing process trying to understand the differences between the options offered by all the insurance companies and compare them, but I still remember how Zynn impressed me when we first talked. She was patient when explaining the details of the plans she was offering and never tried to hard-sell me even though I was clearly inexperienced with buying insurance policies. As such, I did not feel pressurized into buying anything before I had sufficient time to do my research properly. Most importantly, Zynn was very honest and open about both the pros and cons of some of her plans versus those of her competitors. She gave me objective and helpful advice after taking into consideration my age, budget and other factors. Even after a few years down the road, she still continues to keep in touch and responds promptly to any questions I have. I have already recommended Zynn to some of my friends and will definitely continue to recommended her!

Meet my Prudential Financial Consultant of a decade
Hi Everyone ,
I met Zynn at the neighbourhood roadshow more than a decade ago. I never had good impression with roadshow financial consultant but she is the exceptional one. She is not the hard sell type. She will always listen to your needs and provide options in your best interest so you can make the best informed decision. Like Prudential‘s motto: “A commitment to listen to your feedback and respond to your concerns in a fair and timely manner”. Zynn listens, offer advices and I am truly satisfied. Her qualities make me feel confident and comfortable to work with her all these years. Lately I was diagnosed with some medical conditions and after informing her about my situation she quickly assisted me with my claims. I received my claims cheque efficiently within 8 days of submitting my reports. I am really grateful and fortunate to have Zynn's assistance during this period. Wishing Zynn blossom and excel further in her career!
Cheers & regards,

Meet someone interesting
Hi Everyone ,
It was by chance that Zynn became my financial consultant around 8 years ago as my previous financial consultant had left the company and Zynn was assigned to take over my policies. Lucky for me, Zynn turned out to be a better financial consultant than my previous one. When she just took over my polices, she initiated for a meet-up to review my policies and to better understand my needs. During our first meetup, I was impressed that just one look at all my existing policies, not only Prudential’s, she was able to immediately identify that I had bought two similar products from two different insurers! With her advice and her knowledge of the products in the market, including those of other insurance companies, I was able to understand and review my existing policies to make sure I am well-covered with manageable premiums. She is a person who comes across as sincere and amicable. I always feel comfortable to share my thoughts and concerns, knowing that she will provide the best advice to suit my needs. Thanks for constantly keeping track of my policies to make sure I am well-covered, Zynn!
Regards,
Adrian
A trustworthy financial consultant
Hi Everyone ,
Zynn took over my insurance policies after my friend left the company. Since then, she has been following up with me and my spouse on our financial needs as the family grows. She isn’t like the other financial consultant who are pushy and meet up just to close a deal. She puts in effort to meet up and update us on our policies and reassess our needs and give sound recommendation on a regular basis. More importantly, she is reliable and professional who provides good after sales service. With her as our financial consultant, we felt at ease cos we know she always delivers. Zynn has grown to be a friend who’s always there when we needed her professional advice.

Meet someone of value
Hi My friends ,
We met Zynn in 2004 at expo food fair.
She was very sincere and is not pushy (the kind of advisor we felt comfortable with instantly) when trying to introduce us to financial planning. We did not take up any policy at that point as we are still unsure of our future needs and requirements.
About 1 year later, we called her and took up our first policy with her. Even though it was only a small policy, Zynn kept us updated constantly and provided advice on our needs and is very patient with our many enquiries on different occasions. Throughout all these years she kept in contact with us. I have also referred her to my colleagues.
It was until about 8 years or maybe later, we took up another policy with her and from then onwards, our friendship as well as our financial planning with her blossom. Recently, we met up with Zynn for dinner together with our friends whom my wife referred. They have become her clients too.
Thank you Zynn..
Glad to know you..

Hi Everyone ,
Zynn is one of the best financial consultant I know who is not pushy in sales. She will discuss and explain on policies specific to your needs and will not upsell her product. Meet someone interesting
Hi Everyone ,
I used to be a colleague with Zynn in Prudential almost 10 years ago. She is extremely experienced and understands not only all of Prudential's Financial Planning products, but also those of our competitor's, enabling her to give you a comprehensive review of where you stand and what you need to get you to where you want to be.
Zynn is also extremely helpful - I dislocated my ankle in a basketball accident earlier in 2017 and she helped me to push through a claim for my medical expenses through my accident plan, allowing to claim almost the entire bill! I am very grateful to her for constantly checking up on me and ensuring that my family and I have more than adequate medical and financial coverage for such rainy days.
Whether you have your own financial adviser or not, I would recommend that you have a sit down session Zynn to find out more, Half an hour of your time can go a long way.

Meet someone of value
Hi Everyone ,
I was approached by a financial consultant at a roadshow at Hougang Bus Interchange sometime at least 12 years ago. It was Zynn of course! Swept away by her knowledge in financial security and coupled with the fact that she is a Hainanese like me, I took up a policy with her subsequently. Calling her a financial consultant is so very appropriate because she advises me on both my personal and family finaicial matters from a very neutral and frank perspective. Time flies and Zynn didn't change a bit; still as energetic and helpful as before. She goes beyond her call of duties and thus, has become a family friend, a friend who listens and one who listens carefully. It is natural that I entrust my entire family financial planning to her. If anyone ever attempted to stereotype and pass Zynn off as any other insurance agent, you will be disappointed because she is not! I can guarantee that Zynn is an asset to you! We can now sleep peacefully knowing that Zynn is around….ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz (Picture of my daughter)

Meet our trusted financial consultant
Hi Everyone ,
I met Zynn more than ten years ago when I was still a student and she made an effort to keep in touch until when I started work and was ready to financially commit to policies. I introduced my wife (then girlfriend) to Zynn and she also took up some policies. We know Zynn as somebody who gives good advice with regard to policy and somebody who is patient and not pushy. Whenever there is an medical situation at home, besides going to the doctor, the next person we will consult would be Zynn and she is always prompt in her advice with regard with coverage and claims. If you are looking into finanacial planning and insurance protection but not ready to commit, Zynn is the best person to talk to as she will not force you to commit. She will spend time doing financial planning with you even if you have no intention to commit (as evident from the time spent on a poor student like me previously :) ). I believe that is how she gets so many referrals from clients who have experienced her sincerity. And the fact that she is so experienced also helps; having been in this industry for such a long time and having helped processed so many claims. We are happy that we can tap on her knowledge and to have her help us manage our policies. We are delighted to have Zynn as our financial consultant.
Regards,

Meet someone interesting
Hi Everyone ,
I was referred to Zynn from my good friend who have met and known her since 2005. I have met many insurance agents throughout the years, and my main criteria in selecting one are firstly, how established they are in this field and secondly, do they know what they are selling. What impressed me about Zynn are the credentials that she has collected over 13 years in the insurance knowledge together with her width and depth of knowledge. Since then, I know that this would be an insurance agent that I can depend on when trouble comes. I have since introduced 4 of my close contacts to Zynn knowing that they are in safe and secure hands.

Hi Everyone,
I have couple of friends who are financial planners. Usually to support their business at the start, I will take up some policies with them and I ended up with many different company policies. Some quit after awhile, while some change company or I rarely hear from them thereafter.
I got to know Zynn through my husband during our dating days and he has always highly recommended Zynn. We felt that Zynn is a trustworthy, responsible financial planner & is attentive to details. She stays in touch with us all these years. We are comfortable with her and we ended up having whole family policies with her and we have also recommended our cousin and friends to her. She is not just a financial planner to us but also our very sweet & caring friend. I recommend her services.

Meet someone of value
Hi Everyone ,
Zynn is a patient and understanding financial consultant. We were referred to her by my buddy 5 years ago. She makes an effort to know all the policies we have and what are our priorities before recommending what is suitable to us base on our budget and risk appetite. She keeps in constant contact with us all these years and she will update on the new changes coming up to certain policies or market changes . Today is another happy meeting up session with her. We highly recommend her!

Meet our outstanding financial consultant
Hi All out there ,
Renaldo:
Zynn is a prudent Financial Consultant who really knows well about my entire family needs. Being her client for more than a decade, she is someone who can maintain a good client relationship and really deliver client satisfaction that is beyond words. She has shown outstanding quality in her service that set a high standard in the insurance industry. She is the role model in this area.
Valliappan:
Zynn is an insurance agent who is very patient, friendly and an expert in insurance policies. As a first timer, I was very confused with so many terms and conditions in the policies. She clearly explained them to me with many examples from her existing clients which helped me understand the policies better. She recommended me an insurance policy which has the best coverage. I would recommend Zynn to any of my friends or family.
Chii Aik:
Thank you for taking great care of me on my insurances for the past 7 years. You have been wonderful to work with. I'm extremely delighted and grateful to have you as my financial consultant. Not only do I get great services with you and your company but I also get great policies.
Over the years, I have referred my ex-landlord, colleagues, ex-colleagues and family to you and I will continue to do so whenever opportunity arises.

Sincere, dedicated and put her client's interest first
Hi Everyone ,
Zynn puts her client's interest first and is understanding of each individual client's situation. She is neither pushy nor aggressive. She is professional, responsible, sincere and dedicated in her work. She stays in touch and update me with the latest. I have come to know that she kept trying to get a better decision for a client with medical condition by appealing time and time again eventhough its not a big policy. She is someone I can trust for my family financial planning. I have referred my sibling to her and couple of my friends. And I will continue to do so. Zynn, keep up the good work! :)

Highly recommended with good service
I enjoyed Zynn’s service just like I enjoyed drinking a cup of good coffee. It is always satisfying. She exceeds expectations in all ways possible.
Her always positive attitude is infectious as she can turn someone’s doldrums’ day into a day full of hope. She always put her client's interest first when proposing solutions. Her consistence makes her trustworthy and I am very comfortable with her.
Therefore, when my friends need insurance services, she will be the one I will recommend and they are equally satisfied with her dedicated services.

Sincere, trustworthy & competent
Hi Everyone ,
I will definitely refer Zynn to take care of your financial portfolio. I have met quite a few financial advisors, but nobody provide the fiduciary services/duties like she did. Aside from her knowledge in the field she is practising, her great diposition has earned her a lot of clients. She is always listening & understanding, this makes me feel comfortable to approach her whenever I have any enquiries or require to do financial review at different stages of my life.
Zynn is consistent, prompt & responsive in her work. I never felt more assured with an advisor. It has been a good 12 years since I first knew her! Its your loss if you are not choosing her!
Regards,
Linda

Meet someone of value
Hi Brothers ,
I met Zynn in 2008 during a roadshow. I was first skeptical about talking to someone whom I do not know. However, somehow after speaking to Zynn and after our meet up, I was comfortable to continue speaking to her and since then she has been my one and only financial consultant till date. She has helped me in getting my finances in good order and I am very satisfied. You should get to know her!

Meet my trusted financial consultant and former student
Hi My friends ,
Zynn is my ex-student whom I taught in Primary Six. It gives me much delight to see how she has blossomed all these years into an outstanding financial consultant who can hold her own! For a start, Zynn displays exceptional interpersonal skills. She relates well to people and always puts them at a comfortable level. A good listener, she aptly addresses their needs and recommends suitable products to them, like what she did with me. She patiently explained the products and made sure that I fully understood what I was purchasing. Throughout my dealings with her, Zynn displayed great professionalism and integrity. She was attentive to my needs without being intrusive, and handled enquires with tact. She also provides good after-sales service to ensure that everything is in order. There are many financial consultants in the market, but it is not often that one comes by such a personnel who does it with so much heart and dedication. Indeed, I am privileged to have Zynn as my financial consultant.
